Fundamentals of On-Camera Acting is taught by Sherman Roberts. Classes are divided into two categories. Two weeks out of each month are devoted to working on short scenes from television series or movies. These scenes, which will be sent to students in advance, will be taped audition style and played back so students can see their performance. The remaining two weeks, which will be dedicated to scene study, students will perform eight to ten-minute scenes from recognized plays. Students may choose their own scene partner or a partner will be assigned to them. The purpose of this class is to hone student's skills so that they are prepared to work in every medium... in film, on television, and on stage.
